★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my grandsons hair cut, first the owner put a dirty cape on my grandson covering him in someone else’s hair, had to ask him repeatedly to remove it and put on a clean one. Then he did not listen to how I wanted the youngest hair cut, I asked for a 1 or 2 on sides and back and a trim (less than an inch) off the top, he ruined his hair, it’s super short on top, the bangs are butchered with straggly long pieces everywhere on his head. I will never be back here, don’t go if you want clean products or to have your instructions followed. Horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Hanna stayed open late to accommodate me, and quickly and knowledgeably shaped my hair (men's traditional short cut) and my goatee. He also gave me my first ever nose wax, which eliminates problems with controlling nose hair that have bothered me, and I would return just for that service. I shall be using Big Ben again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking a little boy here to get his haircut for about a year now and WOW THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST BARBERS IN THE CITY!
They do take about an hour shaping, compared to the 20 minutes I was used to at other barbers, but they get it done perfectly! If you show them a picture of the haircut you want, they will nail it exactly and even better than you could have imagined.
They take pride and time in their work, no shortcuts, and great customer service every time!
Our little boy used to not enjoy getting his haircut, but after we started taking him to Big Ben’s, he gets very excited for how cool and confident they will help him feel after.
We have experienced about three different barbers throughout the year, and they were all great, honestly!
