The apparel warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, modifications or normal wear. Any alteration of Yeti Cycles apparel will void warranty coverage. Any apparel Yeti Cycles finds to be defective will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at their discretion.

Supply chain issues caused the ETA to change and once the bikes were in, one happened to be the wrong size. Ended up having to wait several weeks, but eventually received the bike. Given our understanding of supply chain issues during Covid and the accommodation Kyle provided us during the process, this shop deserves 5 stars. They were accommodating, apologetic for the delays which are out of their control, and ensured the end result was far greater than expected. Both bikes are great so far!

I walked in having a vague idea of what I needed help with and the manager, Ian (Eoin?), was very quick to help. He was knowledgeable, friendly (even though I had no idea what I was talking about) and even went the extra mile by showing me how to change a tire tube (on his own bike!). Overall, I left a very happy customer & will definitely return to this location for all of my biking needs.

I’m a newbie to mountain biking and the sales rep Mark F had some great suggestions on products to keep me safe and prepared for on the trails. He also gave some tips and guidance on how to do some things which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back in the future for my bike needs.

However, the fact that they were able to do the assessment and tune-up within one hour immediately was fantastic service. I highly recommend these folks; it is expert service.

She assured me the bike would come in and when I came to pick it up she would help me with bike fitting and accessories. The communication from Amy and the bike shop was super. Emailed me when the bike was ready to pick up. Amy was not in the shop when I came to pick up the bike. Hunter was there and he helped us for over two hours selecting shoes, pads, gloves, etc. He was very attentive and so helpful. I did not feel any snobbery in the shop at all. I have felt that at so many other shops. My daughter and I were so happy with the whole experience.Thank you so much.Fantastic service and products.
