Came in to have my set post cable replace and ask the guy if they can work on it because cable strands are starting to breaks and cable end lost instead he just replace the cable end cap. Went to ride my bike and in the beginning of my ride set post cable totally cut. Disappointed with poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 guys doing work on bikes, 1 at the till and maybe 1 or two around the store possibly? 1 person in front of us at the till and 20+ minute wait to get some prices. There’s lots of other bike shops out here without the wait, decided to go there instead.

This is a true rider's shop, w/o a hint of the 'attitude' that can be found at other YYC shops... It was a complete pleasure working with them for a new MTB purchase, highly highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished custom building a Chromag Rootdown with these folks, and they have been nothing but professional, extremely helpful, and incredibly friendly. Not only were they able to help me get the frame, they also managed to get a full part spec of exactly what I was looking for during a time when bikes and parts are hard to come by. All of the folks in the shop are super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help out. Cam is incredibly understanding and extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure things work for his customers. From specialty tools to fork service to full bike builds and all of the maintenance to keep your ride running this shop is amazing! They have a customer for life here. Thanks for all of your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cam, Carly and the gang at Inside Line went above and beyond to help me out with an issue on my bike with my front suspension fork. This was all done remotely as I’m 6 hours from Calgary. Their determination and persistence resulted in me getting my fork replaced and most importantly getting my bike back in service. They don’t give up and will work hard to resolve your issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first connected with the folks at back in August and this was already 18 months into my search for a new TRAIL Bike but thanks to COVID-19 and supply disruption I had thus far unsuccessful. Right from the get go Inside The Line were amazing in their customer service. They were quick to reply, to any communication from and despite me being in Toronto the process with them never felt like the distance between us that existed. I was stoked that out of the 45 shops I had e-mailed they were optimistic that they could deliver me a bike. Here we are a few months later (thanks to more COVID related delays nothing to do the folks at Inside The Line) and finally last week my FORBIDDEN DRUID made it safely into my hands. But again I cannot say enough how great the team were at Inside The Line putting up with my countless and regular check-ins, upgrade questions etc there was close to 100 emails by the time we were done but always a courteous, prompt and helpful reply. I only hope one day I can visit in person because it would be great to see where this magic happened. For now I'll have to settle for riding the coolest and sickest bike I have ever had the pleasure or owning. So again a sincere Thanks to Cam, Carly, Caedan, Alex and Landon for all their great work I couldn't be happier.
