Very happy with the service. Tsyra - the Sales Associate at this location was helping me a lot, she is always patient, listening and understanding client's needs. Highly recommend Tsyra and Laura Plus store.

This rating has nothing to do with the company, but does have to do with the recent customer service we had experience. On April 19th my mother and I (along with other family members) had gone there to buy a dress for my mom for her vow renewal. We were extremely happy with the quality of customer care we had and bough the dress ant original price. 2 days ago we went back in just to brows for me, and noticed the dress had been marked down by $100. We were told on April 19th if we come in and the price is reduced we can get a re-embitterment. We had informed the lady working there, and she had called over her co worker named Angela. The first woman helping us recognized us because we are long time shoppers there, and recalled us being told that since she was there when we bought the dress. Angela was extremely rude to us the second we walked into the location, she was very polite to everyone else and well mannered, but with us it was the complete opposite. She told us there was no way for her to do so, and called the downstairs location to check and they said yes it can happen. She was VERY rude, kept throwing her book on the table, getting frustrated because she couldn't figure it out. But as soon as someone else came to her for assistance she was nice to them. While on the phone with the downstairs store, all my mother said was "We were told" and she brought up her finger and rolled her eyes to my mother. We didn't bring our original receipt but had my dad send it to us over via text, she then said " It's been two weeks i can't do it for you" when we were, again, told it could happen under 30 days. She kept going on about how she's working alone, when there was another staff member there who was helping her out. She kept rising her tone with us, being rude, told my mother to calm down, and there's no reason to be rude to her - when in reality we were being extremely patient with her, which is rare for us when we have an experience like this. And the other co worker had agreed with us, after Angela left to get a change room for someone else.. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, I know how it is like to be frustrated at a customer or a situation. But that is no way to treat ANYONE. Everyone else we have ever came across at this location is always so kind, nice and very respectful of anyone. No matter their color, shape, or situation. But if this is the type of people they have representing them right now, I don't this we, or anyone else would be comfortable shopping there. I'm sorry for making this so long. Thought the management here should know what happens.

Hi! i just wanted to leave a review for Alexandra Brown, she works at the Southcentre Mall Petite location in SW Calgary. She was very helpful with exchanging an item in the Plus Location I had bought a while ago and opened the closed Laura Plus Store location in Southcentre Mall for me to browse in safely. She is very good at her job and she sincerely has a good connection with all her co-workers and customers! She helped me pick out a beautiful blouse based on things she learned about me due to her friendliness and I was able to buy something that is now one of my top closet picks! I am very grateful for her, she is very passionate about her job and will do absolutely anything for her customer's full satisfaction. I was very shocked that she opened a location for me, it proves to show how deeply caring and hardworking she is! This sort of treatment isn't just for me, she treats every customer with so much respect like she's known them forever. Never met a better employee!

Very disappointed in the service. On June 10 I went into the Laura Store and explained that I was looking for something nice to wear to my daughter's wedding on July 4. I wear a plus size and was told that there is nothing in store in a plus size but they could order in a 3 piece outfit and it would only take a few days to receive it. I wasn't sure I even wanted the outfit as I couldn't try anything on to tell if the style suited me or not or if it would fit properly. But the assoc. assured me that it was very easy to return the item if I wasn't happy with the fit, style or colour. However, I had to pay for the item in advance. It has now been 2 weeks and the item still has not arrived. I'm told my money cannot be refunded even though I have since paid for an outfit from another store that did have a lovely outfit in stock for me. All the Laura store can tell me is that everything is delayed due to coronavirus. That doesn't help me, when I have 2 rather expensive suits on my MasterCard and the one from this store has not arrived and will be returned the moment it does arrive as I have no intention of taking it now. I certainly would not shop here again.

Went to the store to be told that I cannot get a refund on a gift card after inquiring a couple of times. And then called help line and they were more than happy to get it done. Laura help center called the store and then they were ready to do this after me being told that it's IMPOSSIBLE. Terrible customer service at this location.

This review is for regular sizes Laura (main floor) Excellent customer service. All the staff are very nice and helpful! The store is clean and organized! Very good quality of clothing as well. I did not find some of the stuff that I was looking for because they are sold out in-store but they can help you order it online. Quick check out. Will definitely be coming back.
