★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Doctor had recommended me to take some protein powder, I was a bit nervous going into a nutrition store not knowing anything but the young Filipino lady at the desk took her time explaining the types of protein powders and when we were still unsure, she showed us another product We walked away with exactly what we were looking for, she also informed us about the return policy which was very helpful. Very nice kept store and polite staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for help and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. when I asked about vitamin b3 in cream and pill form they were able to help me fast, it felt like they really cared about sharing what they knew they even took the time to look up a product they didn’t have in store and provide alternatives. I’m glad this store is still in the mall with such great employees. Ana and Gabriel were the ones that helped me today I really appreciated it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has gotten worse over the last couple of years I’ve noticed. Originally whenever I stepped foot inside an employee had immediately acknowledged we walked in and would assist in finding what I was looking for. As well as answer any questions to the best of their knowledge, and if they didn’t know, would take the time to help find out.
Well the last 3 times I’ve been here the single employee (different person each time) could not be bothered to even look up from looking at their phone at the cashier desk. This most recent visit I went in specifically to talk to some one about a product I knew they carried (safe or not to use while breastfeeding). I went in because I was seeing mixed answers online. Once again having to interrupt the employee on their phone, I thought they must have some sort of idea, she asked me what does the box say…..well the box did not mention it (Hence why I am asking). Once I voiced this, her response was; well it’s all natural so I assume it would be.
Got home and still felt unclear and had to dig DEEP on the manufacturers website, only to find out it is NOT safe, despite it being natural products.
Not sure if it just this location but I am pretty disappointed. I love the products they carry, but maybe the company needs to consider their training that is provided to employees.
