Tried printing a couple of documents, they charged me for it without printing my copies and waited for a long time to get any kind of suppor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda has the worst customer service at this location in print. I got passport pictures taken 2 weeks ago and asked for just 2 additional photo copies when I was at my lawyer for my country a photo needs to be blank and I dont know why staples stamped all 4 photos so I was upset. Amanda proceeded to tell me because this is there policy and most passports but my country rules are different. So I said I should be given the service free or a discount she was like no you should pay because we stamp all photos I asked for photos not stamped photos. Worse customer service is to state oh this is our policy and use the word should. I go to staples so much how rude of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not print photos here. They already have the most complicated process, they also do not try to make it comfortable for customers. I ordered a photo printed online and they got it to me with a blue mark on my nephew's nose! I did a curbside pick up because it was hard to get out of the car with my kids sleeping. In order to get refunded because they can't correct it onsite I had a choice of waking up my kids to go inside their store or drive back again so they can correct their mistake for $3.99!!! No extra effort. If that's their process, why was it so easy to charge my card than get refunded? Also that "they have to investigate first" if the file did not really have "a booger looking blue dot on my nephew's nose". Do you really think we would not notice that before giving you the file? Like I am scamming you for this amount??? All for $3.99!!! Wow Staples! I understand if this is even $20. But for this amount to inconvenience me? You can keep my $4.00 dollars instead of wasting my gas to give you an opportunity to correct the mistake you made.
