They sold us insurance for the phone in order for us to get a new replacement for no additional cost for anything that may happen to it. Now that the phone were broken they won't replace it unless we pay a $400 fee.

All were working with clients. No matter I could wait. I was immediately greeted by someone waiting on another customer. Wow. That doesn’t happen elsewhere. I was helped quickly professionally and during the whole experience it was fun. I asked if the manager was in so I could compliment the staff. He was helping the young man who was helping me. Clearly Raihan Islam makes sure his staff give the same level of exceptional service he does.
D	Doug Fortin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my first review I had my son help me set up google after i told him about my time here. i came in a few days ago and there was no one in the store. i was needing help and waited and i had to go find the two workers sitting behind the sales desk on their phones they did not even know i was in the store. i didnt end up finding what i wanted, i left very disappointed. i have come before to this store before covid and the staff was helpful. things change i suppose
Y	Yvette Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my daughter were looking for a durable extension gadget. We decided to purchase it from The Source at Southcentre Mall. We walked in the store and two sales assistants were behind amongst the three (or four) tills. Our presence was not acknowledged by the two sales assistants. No customary welcome greeting or even a "Hi" or "Hello! I'll be with you in a minute" from them. It is like they saw nobody entered their store but basically we were customers who are hoping to purchase. Not one of the two sales assistants came to our aid and inquire about our needs whilst we were browsing along the aisle to spot our needed gadget. I am in dire need of the extension outlet and this is the only reason why I bought it even though I was not shown proper sales accommodation in this store. The sales assistant who rung my purchase was even a lesser consolation to the experience me and my daughter had. His sales etiquette was "cold" and seemed not interested in extending his assistance to us. Hoping this experience of ours would be given attention so in the future, other customers' experience would not be as indifferent as what we had encountered. This was yesterday, March 21st, between 12:30pm and 1pm.

Staff were friendly, helpful & made my purchase easy. I was looking for a wireless gaming headset for my 14-year old son (after wasting hours online searching), they answered all my questions & had exactly what I needed in stock for him just before Christmas. Happy customer!
