T	Taylor Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not specifically this location, but virgin mobile in general is absolutely the worst cell phone company. I got back from volunteering in Madagascar for a month and they surprised me with a bill of over $2,500.00... Their app didn't let me view my usage, so I had no idea this bill was coming. I've only been back now for 2 weeks and they completely cut off my service. So much for customer care.

My plan was $60 unlimited talk and 10GB data , and he couldn’t get the plan back after he did changes. Then he offered me $60 plan with 500 minuets and 3GB data cause he can’t get my plan back in his system and customer service also said the same to him that he can’t give the old plan ,very disappointing service ,I tried to escalate the problem with stores manager but he was not there at that time then they said he will contact me next day and I didn’t get any call from him I tried to visit the the store to meet him but I never saw the manager at the store ,tried to contact through store number and no one picked. Went to the store again argued with rep that I wanted to talk to the manager and then finally the rep called his manager from his personal number and they were on a call for 5 minutes then the rep said manager is busy and he can’t talk to me. So please don’t go to this store guys they will mess up all your service Called virgin customer service but no successful result
P	Paul Moseley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have with Virgin for 10 years, we went to see if we ciuld get a better deal, thryvdud nit seem interested, get trying to get us to sign for a more expensive dwal, went to Freedom snd got better phones and saved $50 per month, and got a lot more gig and better phones.

They gave me lots of great information, and when I called back to confirm a few things, they shared some additional information they had thought of since I had left. From these interactions I would recommend this location, and Mohammed.

Aisha and her colleague Alex stayed past closing time to ensure I was totally satisfied with my new phone, the iPhone13 mini. Got a great deal on my plan too!
C	Chelsea Kleckner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I strongly regret ever choosing Virgin Plus as my provider, they have sub-par deals and I have not encountered the same exceptional service that I have with my current provider. I had high hopes, but they let me down big time. I came out of it with more cons than pros, which is why I have to give them a 1-star, I simply do not recommend Virgin to ANYONE, even my enemies. It is impossibly hard to get good customer service, and those who I do speak with all end up saying different things, confusing and not worth it. Paid way too much...no bueno, so much happier since leaving, they didn't even try to persuade me to stay when I told them I was frustrated, they didn't care at all. BUH-bye
