I've been with rogers for 6 years now. I went in this store to see about an early upgrade, sales guy tells me I'm good for a promo he's having. Free Tablet and my bill goes down 30$ - sure why not I thought. Guy sits down with me to do the paperwork, goes and does a credit check WITHOUT asking me first if he can; says I can't get the promo. So i said that's fine, I leave. The next day I get an email from Rogers saying they changed my account and hope that I ENJOY MY NEW TABLET! What tablet? So I called in to customer service; and their resolution area had to resolve everything and the lies the store told me. Also apologized for the credit check and saying I got the tablet when I didn't. these guys simply did it so they could get their store quota. Good thing for the guy on the phone because not only did i get the tablet but he gave me 2 years discount plus extra money off my new amount to make up for this stores mistake. This store is all about store quota than truth.

Went in to get our phones upgraded after the Telus beside wouldn’t help us at all and we’re giving us exorbitant rates. It was getting close to closing at that point, but Devin and Nick were absolutely fantastic. They got us a great deal on upgrading, stayed an hour past closing to get everything sorted for us, and were really nice guys in general. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and were efficient and friendly the whole time. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and would definitely recommend going to see these guys if you have any questions or are curious about switching. Also, they were about $30 - $40 cheaper there for the same plan from Telus, which is obviously a huge positive.

Sean demonstrated exceptional costumer service skills towards both my father and myself. He was an excellent conversationalist and made switching over our phones incredibly easy. Sean was super informative and really made Rogers look way more desirable than any other phone provider. I even called the store after leaving to ask a couple more questions and he was more than happy to help out. We both switched over from Telus and could not be happier so far! p.s Sean if your boss sees this you deserve a raise or something for being able to respectfully deal with my easily aggravated father. You’re the best ?

Not overly impressed. As another person said, they overpromise and under deliver. I had to fight to get all of the things promised to me by the salesperson from this store, from Rogers. Today when I called and asked a couple of questions, I was treated very rudely over the phone by Ali. I spent months switching everything I do from Bell to Rogers and it turns out they really aren't any better. The stores exist 100% for customer service. If they fail at that, there's no point in having them around. We already live in a world where everything is done either online or over the phone, and very unpersonable. That is the only reason I would ever WANT to talk to somebody face to face is to resolve that issue.

I've been a Rogers Wireless customer for 17 years and was treated by Barb one of the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced! I immediately left the store and went next door and switch to Telus!

Today well Everybody loves Raymond, he is a manager on call and it was my luck to get him. My phone broke, Rogers had made mistakes on my account and I was up the creek without a paddle, expecting important calls. Well not only did Raymond come through, he called the store for me to go to, conversed on what he could do and set up whatbthe store was able to do. He did an outstanding job. Andrew Fielding and Susan in the presidents office, Raymond deserves a pat on the back, he was amazing. Waith it gets better I walked into the store and Jl at Southland Mall was the first guy to great me and ask if he can help. I had not finsihed talking and Raymond was on the phone. Jl must have called I am sot sure how many places, he hunted he searched and they did it, he took me to their competotors and paid a voucher to my service. A day later, I walked out happier than i have ever. Rogers you guys are improving these two gents deserve a lot. They make your company greaf! look after them. Raymond and Jl thanks so much.

Rep was terrible to deal with. He offered me a 'deal' for more data. I mentioned to him that I don't use up all my data to begin with and he responds 'well you can keep your original plan' which is more expensive. The real kick in the pants was the next day when my partner gets herself a new phone and the same new plan as myself (15 GBs/monthly) but for $20 less.

JT I think his name is, on black Friday between him and the manager on the call center I sent him a review too. I spent over 5 hours in the store, he used his own cash to pay a local vendor to do things for him his system that had crashed would not allow. Hoops jumped through, and all the t's were crossed. Folk do not call if you can go into South Centre, that's one store that have it right. The entire team are friendly and cover for each other to help clients. I suggest HR find JT and make him trainer and branch motivator, he is an awesome asset to your team Rogers.
