★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded my phone last week and absolutely hated the new phone I had gotten. Went back yesterday and was served by Ismara, she was friendly and helpful, and recommended a great phone that I love a lot more. It's difficult to communicate through the layers of masks and plexiglass, but she was patient and awesome anyway. Very impressed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here yesterday (Dec 2), Ismara was fantastic!
My phone had suddenly decided it was no longer going to hold a charge and I hadn't backed it up in a long time. She was very helpful and found a way to save all my photos as well as switch me to a better plan for a better price. She was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and friendly! She even stayed late to help me figure this whole mess up! I hope this reaches her and she gets the praise she deserves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit agitated when I arrived at the Koodo stand. I told them the story about how I was treated rudely at the telus store just a few minutes back. They were understanding but said they didn't know how to do an exchange for a Telus phone. However, Kendra noticed that I was agitated and sprung into action. She said she would somehow figure this out for me and walked me back to the Telus store where another man came out and explained step by step how she could do the return.
Kendra took me back to the Koodo stand and told me not to worry she would figure it out. After 15 minutes she had the return done and was ringing in my new phone, all the while making pleasant conversation trying to win me back.
Well, it worked, she not only turned my frown upside-down, but she single handedly restored my faith in Telus. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The world needs more people like Kendra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl was rude at Southcentre mall store at 11:45am on Oct 15,2021. I told her that I know nothing here as and asked where to get cases for my iPad mini 6, they way she said me to ask to the guest services was way too rude. The time was 11:42 and she said her shift is about to start and said I just have a question, the way she asked me to wait till she clocks in was rude initially. And finally directing me to guest services was way way ruder. If this is how people in customer service behave, I think then Koodo will lose their customers. I will myself change to Rogers. I won't be going to have a shitty experience again in that shitty store. Customer Service = Joke at the store.. I pity her..
