★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned 3 Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 , yesterday the day before and 3 days prior. All were charged at 60% upon purchase. Once the battery dies they do not charge or turn on. Im extremely disappointed in wasting my time and gas to return to the store for a product that serves not purpose. 11ST LOCATION

I was helped by Sean and Bojan who took the time to help me find what I was looking for and answer all of my (many) questions. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new computer, the staff go above and beyond to help find what you're looking for. You will be well taken care of at this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever!! Went to pick up a smart watch that i had purchased online for a Christmas gift, and while looking around for a screen protector, employees kept asking me whether or not if i purchased the item? And when asked for the screen protector they said only available online, felt so uncomfortable. If it wasn't a gift i would of returned it but i know this much that i will never ever return to your store ever again, Amazon was cheaper anyways!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience with Laptop repaired under warranty. Bought a Lenevo from Bestbuy and it died in 11 months. Took it to Best Buy at Deerfoot. Geek squad returned in 2 weeks with new motherboard and new screen. No hassle and no charge. Smooth experience. I had no extended warranty but laptop was within 1 year of MW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a wall oven all was going well. then the guy tells me to wait after taking my money so we can set up the contractors to install, leaves to go sell more product and I was alone for 20 minutes, made eye contact with many employees no one came to see me to finish the set up for contractors. after i 20 mins some one finally asked if i was needed help, found the guy who helped me and he said I didn't need to be there and they can call me from home... go to a different location and save yourself the hassle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On November 11, 2021 we visited this store just for looking a new refrigerator and to discover different features in modern refrigerators. Our old one was very close to its end of service and we planned to buy new. We knew there are some models you have to wait several months to be delivered. However, thanks for invaluable help we've got from Garry we left the store with wonderful purchase of a new refrigerator including delivery and extended warranty and with very good price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Christmas gift for my and this is what we received when my wife opened it Christmas morning. There was no watch and 4 double AA batteries. Half the band is missing also.Paid $850 for the watch and warranty. Waiting till the store opens on boxing day to see what Best buy does.
Thanks to Samantha the store manager who was able to order a new apple watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in around 1220 on Sunday, place was steady with customers and blue shirts buzzing around. Couldn't find what we wanted, was directed to use the marketplace Best Buy has.. After seeing some of the news stories on the marketplace, we decided to look elsewhere.
