★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my new iPhone phone on Black Friday. The woman, Shawnem, who waited on me was very knowledgeable. Her only problem was while she waited on me she also answered other team members questions and also saw other people. As a result I waited for about 90 minutes from the time I saw her to the time I was finished. I would have better appreciated a more focused approach with me.
I had to return on Monday November 30 because I thought she had given me the wrong iPhone. Another lady helped me, Dilhawi, and focused all her attention to my needs. Shawnem also came over to help with my questions.
In the end I was very happy with both Shawnem and Dihawi who helped me purchase an iPhone 12 and will help me transfer my information from my old phone to the new iPhone 12.
Thank you Wireless company for having qualified staff who’s main purpose is to help customers get the best cell phones at the best price.

Toby was extremely personable and made sure that all of my questions and needs for a phone plan were fulfilled. During our discussion, I felt no undue pressure to commit to a plan, yet his personable attitude and desire to make me feel looked after as a Costco member were enough to easily convince me to purchase a phone plan. My buying experience with Toby at Costco has ensured my future loyalty to the company. I fully recommend visiting WIRELESS for those looking for a new phone or phone plan.
