With regards to affordability, they provided cost options, so that integration of other systems, like heating & cooling, can be done at a later stage. He’s professional, knowledgeable and patiently explains things again and again (and again lol) so we can understand. He’s quick to respond to any issues that arise (and there’s very few). We’ve only recently met Carlo and we appreciate his tech support and prompt replies as well.

When we first met with Louis and Carlo, they were very attentive to what we were looking for and they provided innovative ideas and options that we hadn’t even considered. And even though we were looking for a significant upgrade, they kept us on budget!
The actual install was just as impressive. Quick and efficient, the team was great when it came to addressing and solving any issues that arose. They were deliberate and took great care to ensure everything, whether it be hardware or software, was installed properly and functioned well. And they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great cohesive system in place.
After the install, they were very patient and informative when it came to showing us how to manage and use the system. And they always made it very clear that they were ready to help, even after hours.
Without a doubt I would highly recommend SmartSPACE to anyone. Their professionalism, innovation, attention to detail, and all around amazing customer service made it a real pleasure to work with them.

We are very pleased with the caliber and performance of the speakers and electronics. We received very good recommendations within our price range. Louis also assisted us with some minor customization of the internet and telephone service in our home. The guys who did our installation were pleasant and efficient. They gave us a good orientation to our new system.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend smartSPACE Technologies to our friends.

The installers were very courteous, arrived on time and left the house very clean after their work. Carlo was great in explaining how the system worked after as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart Space Technologies Ltd. was recommended to us by our contractor, Artisan Kitchens, and Renovations. We were about to undertake major renovations to our house and wanted to explore the possibility of turning it into a Smart Home.
Our initial contact with Louis confirmed we had made the right choice. Louis is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and approachable. He explained in great detail what his company offered in order to meet our needs.
Co-owners, Louis, David, and Alisha along with their very knowledgeable team, are professional and reliable. Matt, is the technological specialist. He is very patient, efficient, and thorough in his explanation of the “Smart Home System.” Matt’s expertise is remarkable.
During the orientation of our new system, Matt and Louis explained, in detail, the capabilities of our “smart home system.” They did not leave our home until we felt comfortable and confident in its operation. The personal “in-service” they provided definitely made us feel our knowledge of the Smart Space Technology would make it easy to operate.
Louis is always readily available to answer questions or concerns. Customer service is paramount. We highly recommend Smart Space Technologies. You will not be disappointed.

I can only say the best things about smartSPACE Home Automations. We have been amazed by the kindness and willingness to help set up a dream home theatre system for our family to enjoy. Everyone that we were in contact at smartSPACE, including Louis, Alisha, Carlo and David, who installed the system were very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt.
They have gone over and above to help our family have a fun, safe and dreamlike space to enjoy entertainment at home where we are having to spend a lot of time because of some very special circumstances. Clare is one happy girl!!!
I was overwhelmed by the thought of setting up such a complex system, but it was a snap for these experts! They were respectful of our special needs and installed everything so that it looks like it was there since the home was built.
One last thing that made my day, when David was cleaning up after the install they even vacuumed under our couch, just because!!! Now that is service!! Amazing!
Anyone looking to do a Smart home needs to do it with smartSPACE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Smartspace were professional from day one. Pleasant , professional and ultra prompt to call backs and appointments. We were facing major Wifi inconsistency and Control 4 issues around the house and after an initial appointment with Carlo, he suggested and found options and solutions . The install was seamless and done in under a day. Both Matt the installer and Carlo monitored it for over a week and always kept in touch to make sure it was working just fine . We have had fabulous coverage ever since and even had some extra help solving other issues around the house that Carlo helped us out with that needed wifi adjustments . I would highly recommend Smartspace for theatre, Control 4 sound systems and wifi issues . I have since found other neighbors that used them in the past and they too are elated with the quality work they provided in the past . Good for you all and thankyou team Smartspace .
