We had two small children and a dog and knew that if our home were to be listed for a long time it would be a nightmare for our family we also knew that if we didn’t get what we felt was a fair value for our home we would not be able to purchase our dream home. Ended up building, I had no idea you should have a realtor to help with a new build. Shawn pointed out so many things on our build that helped make our home perfect. Little details like adding pot lights where your bbq would go, rough ins we should have done for future ad one, moving electrical outlets. Had we not had Shawn vouch for us we would not have had a home this amazing, also may have ended up in the completely wrong house at a horrible price. Thanks again Shawn !!!!
