Without getting into the details I decided not to utilize their services. I later tried to escalate it to the owner to no avail. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I would give is zero stars if I could.

Our appointment was for 9:30 in the morning and the representative showed up over 40 minutes late and never called me to let me know she would be late. When I answered the door, I asked her what happened to our 9:30 am appointment. She began to give me all kinds of excuses why she was late and not once did she mention why she didn't call me to let me know she was going to be late. In fact, she looked shocked at the fact I would be slightly upset at the disrespect for peoples time. I asked her to proceed to the back entrance and upon entering my home, I told her I was not trying to be rude by my mentioning the fact she was late and I was not pleased with this. She then proceeded to turn the tables on to me as a customer she did not have a good feeling about and that she should not do the appraisal for me. I agreed and asked her to leave. I then called the owner of the company and asked him for his feedback regarding his employee that showed up 40 minutes late. He said "she has been with the company for 11 years and not once have I had a problem". "She said you were rude, and I am going to take her word for it". I said, "surely you can understand how unprofessional it is to show up over 40 minutes late for a confirmed appointment and not even recognize the fault in this". The owner agreed, and said " we are not going to do the appraisal and good luck". Now I know why this company projects onto others for their shortcomings. The owner of the company doesn't even want to take responsibility for how disrespectful it is to show up late for an appointment, make all kinds of excuses why they were late without a phone call and worst of all, disregard the value of showing up on time. I would not recommend this company to do a home evaluation whatsoever.
V	Vince Chan Healthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price (Jenny) is my go to appraiser. I have used her on every appraisal whenever they allow me to choose. I do several new home builds which are much more challenging than resale homes. When the appraisal is going to be questionable, she will work extra hard to make sure the valuation is there rather then sending it back and hoping it doesn't blow your financing. In fact, she has done so much work for our team, that she doesn't mind giving us her professional opinion off the books before we move on a transaction. She is and will continue to be our go to appraiser.
