We live in Oshawa, Ontario and thanks to the excellent work by Natasha Phipps of CIR Realty, we closed on a fantastic cash flowing New Build Semi-Detached Legally Suited Duplex in SW Calgary, Alberta on Apr 29, 2021. Natasha’s very outstanding work helping us purchase the excellent investment property was complimented by very impressive property management by Kristin Wood of CIR Realty Property Management. Kristin made the entire experience from explaining and signing the CIR Realty Property Management contract, collecting of the keys, inspection of the property at handover, connecting us with the utility companies in Alberta, arranging for professional photos of the property, advertising of the property for tenants, screening the prospects and making recommendations to us, preparing the tenancy agreements and taking care of all the other property management issues, a very smooth, simple and hassle free process. Pleasant, prompt, efficient and professional are the words I would use to describe her excellent service. She did such a great job that by May 6, 2021, she had an applicant for the 1 B/R basement unit screened for credit, background checks, landlord reference, physical visit, job verification, positively recommended to us and taking possession on May 11 on a 1 year lease. By May 12, she had a great family application for the 3 B/R upper unit screened for credit, background, income, landlord reference and taking possession on Jun 1 on a 1 year lease. We are extremely proud to have Kristin and Natasha as part of our team to make our Real Estate Investment goals a reality.
