NEW BUILD CONDO PURCHASE: Corinne and Colleen (Bless This House) are fantastic! I could not have asked for a better experience. When I started considering purchasing a condo I decided to use a realtor. Both Corinne and Colleen helped guide me in what to consider when purchasing and showed me multiple fabulous places! Largely I worked with Corinne who quickly understood my style tastes and preferences as well as understood where my budget limits were. In the end I fell in love with a new build. Now this is where many people don't use a realtor but I knew very little about real estate and Corinne is an expert. I would 100% recommend using a realtor - Bless This House in particular - even when buying a new build. Here's why: 1. You don't know what you don't know - I wasn't aware that I should ask for things like condo documents to be reviewed or do an inspection on a new build. Corinne suggested doing both and I'm grateful she did! It helped give me peace of mind as well as have deficiencies fixed. The deficiencies were largely cosmetic but it's a new build and I anticipated it to be close to perfect. 2. The builder's realtor represents the builder - Bless This House (and Corinne in particular!) were incredible advocates for my best interests. I am not saying that you won't get the information you need from the sales team for a builder. What I am saying is that I was able to trust Corinne to advocate for me and effectively manage any difficult situations (or irritating ones...) that arose during the process. She was also the person who gave me suggestions for a fantastic home inspector as well as a great lawyer. If I hadn't had Corinne as my realtor, there are a few things that I would have missed that would have made the process more trying. Her suggestions made me aware of purchasing aspects that I otherwise wouldn't have considered. She also made the process as stress free as possible being sure to keep me updated on progress or guiding me on what happens next. She was also incredibly responsive to all of my questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier with Bless This House and am so grateful that I have had them both through this whole process!

Colleen and her team created a great experience for me during my journey on finding a home. Their knowledge of the areas and properties I was shown is top notch. Colleen and Corinne have been great! It has taken us a while to find a house we love, but they have never tried to pressure us into a decision we didn't want to make. They have been very patient and understanding and have worked hard for us. They are very knowledgeable and would point out things in houses that we would never have noticed or thought about. They made this experience enjoyable and we really appreciate all that they have done for us. I am recommending them to everyone I know and we would definitely use them again if we ever sell our house.

We considered all the options when looking to sell our home in Calgary. It is a daunting task and one which must be taken seriously.
