A-1 Cement has been so professional in the two weeks they have spent in my tiny backyard. They took great care in removing the old broken cement and laying a beautiful new sidewalk. The technicians have been informative, helpful, thorough and the end result is beyond beautiful. Thank you A-1!

I had them do five different jobs for me this year, and I'm very happy with all of them. There was one small issue, that got addressed immediately when I called, so I'm happy with both their installers and their service department. They also went above and beyond at one of my sites, when there were materials in the way of their prep crew. They handled it for me, without any whining or complaining. They could have just as easily left the site and told me to call them when it was out of the way. Thanks, A-1.

Recently had a portion of my driveway removed and a sidewalk installed in lieu. Excellent work with polite, considerate, and efficient staff from all areas. They complied with all our concerns and completed the job earlier than estimated.

Today I had an appointment with Dino Cesario to a quote for our home. He didn't show up or call. I called the office to let them know and they said they would have him call me. Dino did call me back and said he was stuck at a job. I asked if it was common to not contact your customers and let them know you are not coming. Dino said "sometimes things happen" and then he hung up on me. I'm so glad I didn't bother to get a quote from this company.

Last year we had Travis and Michelle come out and quote our front walk and patio, they were very knowledgeable in explaining the process of how my current walk would be removed and re-poured. I get so many compliments on my back patio, it looks incredible. We are now having A-1 Cement pour a hot tub pad this spring. Would definitely recommend A-1 Cement to anyone!

My husband and I had a small project that needed work—two sets of front steps that needed a fresh coat of concrete, eventually to become exposed aggregate. From the minute Dino reached out to us, I could tell the job was his to lose. His demeanor, professionalism, advice, personality and genuine “I care” attitude shone through loud and clear. He came and met with us as soon as he could, which was only a couple of days from talking with him. He showed up on time, ready and prepared to take notes, ask questions and find out exactly what we wanted and what we needed. He listened to our concerns, he was patient in explaining processes and he was always extremely respectful. More often than not, he was dealing with me and he never made me feel as though I didn’t know what was going on. Dino was amazing to work with all around. Dino was extremely transparent throughout the whole project. I was never left in the dark wondering “What now?”. Dino would make a point to phone me and let me know exactly what was happening and when. If there was a delay, he let me know immediately that there was a delay, why there was a delay and how soon the project would be able to continue. That type of care and attention to detail was wonderful. Dino always had a plan and a solution for whatever came up. Like I said, it was just an absolute pleasure to work with Dino and his crew—all of them were respectful, not only towards me, but also towards our property and our time. I will be recommending them and your company to anybody and everybody, whether they need concrete work done or not! Also—special shout out for not only sealing the steps, but re-sealing the walkway as well. A beautiful touch that does not go unnoticed. I thank them so much for making this process so simple and pain free for us. The steps turned out great and we’ve already received many comments and compliments about them. While we hope we never need to see them again, if we did, it would be a pleasure to work with them once more.

This is an amazing company with customer service top of mind. Over twenty years ago they laid the garage pad and driveway for my childhood home. This year they laid a new path at my grandma's house. It looks amazing, the work crew were helpful and friendly and took great care of my grandma. They even came back to level a pathway stone. Amazing work! Thank you ?

We were replacing a very bad crumbling driveway and A-1 was a referral from a friend and it turns out to be a great referral. From working with Russell and Beckie on the quote to, the breakup of the old driveway, putting in the forms, pouring cement and the finishing work, it was a class act and we could not be more happy.
