We take possession on August 2017 and we strictly followed their "Preserving your Concrete" instruction that we were given at time of possession. After 3 months the garage slab started peeling off easily. It never happened on my previous houses, even with a 15 years old house.

Then they drove away without leaving a note or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broadview homes uses this service. Next day after the driveway was poured it started to crack. Despite numerous calls, now being two weeks there's no response with a corrective action. They took some photos and that was all. There's no professional approach to correct defective driveway. Very frustrating experience.
