★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob was a pleasure to work with this year. We put our house for sale in Dec 2019 and were a little worried about the Calgary market. He provided top quality photographer and helped us get our house ready. Our house had an offer 3 weeks after going on the market and sold shortly afterwards. I would recommend Rob and his team to help with the sale of your home anytime. But especially in a challenging market.

Rob and his Associate Tammy consulted with me when I needed a quick sale of my SW Calgary home. I was considering one of the local companies that will purchase your property but once I was educated by Rob about the difference in commissions and costs, I decided to use a realtor.
We listed at a price I was comfortable with, and through Rob and his office contacts found a potential buyer with in days! My house didn't even make it to market!
Rob and Tammy were available to answer all my questions during the process, and worked tirelessly to expedite the transaction for me.
I could go on and on but I need to get packing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Knowledgeable sales team - able to support our unique needs in an uncertain sales environment. The team was very engaged from the first day through to the post sale period. Our house sold within 60 days for the price we wanted - in a market area and price range that has a normal days on market of over 300 days. The marketing program that was set up prior to putting the house on the market ensured our house showed extremely well in a competitive marketplace. The online presence was impressive and wide ranging.
The team included an incredible group of home renovation and repair experts that completed updates and needed home repairs in a very timely and cost effective manner - leading to improved esthetics of the home, both inside and outside. Our acreage was also prominently highlighted in the marketing program as the yard was a real selling feature of the home.
Upon receiving offers, Rob was extremely successful in achieving the results we wanted to sell the property. His negotiating skills were tested throughout the process and he performed extremely well, ensuring we fully understood and were involved in the process through the offer to acceptance period.
I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking to sell a home in any market environment - his team made a difficult process very easy for us to manage through - Thanks very much Rob and Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all he (Rob Vanovermeire) sold my large spacious home for me, listing it on Christmas eve and it was sold a few days into the New Year. No fuss just sold, (while he was marketing it on his holiday). Tons of emotion on my part because this has been a home we had lived in for decades. You understand, right?
A few months later the first time I wanted Rob Vanovermeire to look together for a downsized living space for myself I was devastated what was on the market for condo living. So...did not want to go out to look again in spite of possession day for the new owners was approaching rapidly. Finally having the nerve to venture forth with Rob again we found and offered on a penthouse that more than met all the criteria and with skillful negotiation Rob got the price down to a remarkable, affordable price. He is skilled at negotiation. But more than that he dealt with my "over the top" anxiety with a steady hand. What has happened through these sale and purchase transactions has been nothing short of a miracle. What a blessing to have a good, praying for you, realtor on side to guide one though difficult times. One of the very best in his area of expertise.
