Jenn is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the market and the availability of upcoming properties and on several occasions, was able to get us showings that hadn't hit the market yet. When things fell through on the sale of our house due to the buyer's finances, Jenn was there to walk us through the next steps. Once we found Jennifer Gurnett she assured us right from the beginning that she would make the process as smooth as possible. Jennifer always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on, we never felt like we never had any control over the process. Jennifer's team came in to help with staging for photos and delivered. She definitely is a very hands on Realtor and always made herself available to talk and listen to any concerns we had. In today's market you would think it's an easy job to sell a house. But Jennifer Gurnett worked her a** off through the entire process.
