Firstly, when we received the invoice, they marked up their products/services to the point where it seemed comical almost. My husband questioned this several times and it was a good thing he knew about all the technology and the costs of what those things should be, otherwise I feel they would have taken several thousand from us.
When we finally agreed on a price and they gave us a fair price (after arguing back and forth and showing them prices for other competitors) they starting their installations. They missed several cameras on our home which they had to come back for and several wirings and rough ins.
I don't feel this company was very professional at all.
