★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a new dishwasher from Trail on Boxing Day and there proved to be an issue with stock that wasn't shown on the website. I contacted their customer service and encountered a lovely lady named Julie. Despite the extremely busy time of year and supply shortages across the Globe, Julie and her manager went above and beyond to assist me. They were caring, engaged, and flexible throughout the process. They provided one of the best customer services experiences of my year and I would highly recommend Trail for future appliance purchases. Big thanks to Julie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a new Samsung fridge today and has a great experience. Troy Franks recommend us to this location and gave us some great recommendations. Alex was our sales person and was very helpful and knowledge. They both answered all of our questions and did a terrific job of explaining the feature of the fridge. They listened to what we wanted and quickly found a fridge that matched exactly what we were looking for at a price we were happy with. Was a great experience dealing with such knowledgeable and helpful employees as Troy and Alex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing appliances today can be a very daunting task especially when there are so many choices that one can choose from. The success of picking just the right one is entirely dependent on the person assisting you. Our first experience in a long time was about a year ago when we stepped into Trail Appliances looking for a new dishwasher. We absolutely lucked out when we got to work with Shirley V. Her knowledge of the products carried at Trail was incredible, helping us make our decision with a Bosch dishwasher. Fast forward a year later and we are renovating a kitchen. We knew we had to seek out Shirley and just as she did with our dishwasher buying experience, she guided us through our decision with the above-range hood vent. Thank you Shirley!

Last fall, when requiring to update some appliances, the service I received was slightly rocky. Upon offering minor feedback to the management team, I was given the attention and found products that suited my needs. I felt they went above and beyond to help my family. I would not hesitate to return to them again. Mario and Kayla - many many thanks for your professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dryer had broke down so I went to the trail appliance website. Under the search function I typed “Gas Dryer” and purchased a dryer from the selection. It has been a long day and I did not double check the hook up type on the dryer I purchased.
When Symphony contacted me to schedule the drop off date she confirmed I had the proper hook ups which did not add up. I had purchased an electric dryer. I quickly let her know if my error. She was amazing, and quickly located a gas dryer in another city for me. She kept me up to date on the delivery and put my concerns to rest on her delivery guys taking the old dryer out and being the new one in.
I will definitely be a return customer thanks to Symphony and her outstanding customer service. The two gentlemen that delivered the new dryer and removed the old dryer were efficient and very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Brand new Maytag Washer and dryer and the dryer stopped working. We’ve been told that Trail Appliances doesn’t service Maytag. We now have to wait 11 days for a Maytag Technician to fix our new dryer. The best Trail could do for us, was book the appointment. Trail appliances, you have great staff and delivery. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bought Maytag. Please demand better service & representation for and from the brands you carry. Especially when the appliances are brand NEW! It’s 2021 and we’re using a drying rack and fireplace to dry our clothes now. We miss our old Kenmore appliances and service more than ever.
Update — after posting this review we received a call from Whirlpool the next day. We were able to have the dryer repaired within 2 business days which was acceptable. The element was toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressive service. We requested same day delivery for a new washer/dryer, and Trail Appliances handled every part of the process smoothly and efficiently. Connor, the sales consultant, was great and extremely efficient. He quickly took care of our request and worked with his team to confirm us a delivery spot. We were thrilled that our appliances were carefully delivered literally a couple of hours later. The delivery and installation process was excellent and the two workers that completed the work were polite, careful and quick. All in all this was an impressive experience from start to finish, complimented by very friendly and helpful customer service. Next time we need a new appliance we will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever. Went in to purchase a washer & dryer. Everyone form the young lady greeting people at the door, Jason the sales manager, Curtis and the delivery guys Austin and Nick were amazing. What a seamless easy process. We were explained everything from how the machines operate to detergent, to the delivery process. Every question we could think of was answered. We were worried about delivery as we have a narrow staircase and Jason set our mind at ease. Curtis gave us lots of direction and information and the safety features of our units. When Austin and Nick delivered they came in introduced themselves and hooked everything up and removed our old appliances faster than we expected. A very positive experience. We will definitely shop at Trail from now on and recommend to all our family & friends.
