They treated our puppy amazingly! They are expensive but they are worth it.

I would never ever go back there! I took a dog that had choked. During the car ride, he coughed the food out. But being the responsible owner that I am I took him anyways to get checked out. The took my pet from me and made me wait probably an hour and a half, which in understandable. But then they did not show me my dog again and tried to make me pay between $2400 and $3600 for an overnight visit on oxygen. I asked to take him elsewhere and they refused to release him and told me I could surrender the dog. I phoned 6-10 other places to see where I could take him and I told the vet were I was going to take him that had oxygen. They phoned that vet and made me pay before ever letting me see the dog. As soon as he was brought out I could see he was fine. Relaxed, calm, and breathing just fine. Not on deaths door like the vet said he was. I monitored him on the car ride and he was so relaxed he fell asleep with a normal breathing pattern. So I took him home. Where he ate, drank, deficated, and played with his sibling immediately as soon as I got home. I have seen no signs of distress so I monitored him and saw no further reason to take him into another vet. Not only did they try to force me to relinquish my dog, and charge me and arm and a leg for unnecessary treatment. They informed the Human society that I was with holding, the unnecessary, treatment. Then who lodged a complaint to the police and the police had to come and take a look at my dog to assess him 37 hours after he was released! Absolute worse vet experience in my life. This whole experience makes me question if I can ever trust a vet again.
