★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Micheals location in Calgary! If you have Elizabeth at checkout, be prepared to leave with a smile. Every employee was so kind and helpful, and I have never had any issues in this location. Definitely recommend! Plus, Elizabeth deserves a raise, she’s AMAZING!!

Wanted to return an online order I placed on different location. Tracey was aggressive and unaccommodating from the beginning. I should have been given a bar code when I picked up my order and that was the only way she would accept a return. Well they didn’t , instead I had my emailed receipt. She made me call Deerfoot location ( actually wanted me to leave and drive there but I insisted I was going to call and corroborate the info she was giving me) after 20’ they couldn’t find the receipt. While waiting for Deerfoot location on the phone I decided to start a chat with customer service and they emailed me a copy of the receipt instantly! Turnes out was the exact same receipt I came with and that she would not accept!. How is that my fault?! Customer service pretty much told her that “she HAD to honor the return with the receipt I had” she complained and wined until I left….
Bottom line:
-I made an online purchase
- Came back within the 60 days as per return policy
-Provided the receipt
-Tracey refused to help until customer service on the phone with me told her to do so….
Rude, uncooperative, unaccommodating!

I've never framed anything before and she was able to help me make a wise decision. It was a little slow at the till but other than that, always a nice shopping experience.
