★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at this location. Long wait at the checkout line while the associates are standing around doing nothing. I was returning something and the cashier asks the manager if it can be returned. The manager comes and asks me with attitude "has it been used?", then tells me that I can return it as if doing me a favor. Then proceeds to loudly say "keep it separate so we can put it in the garbage".
Keep this up and you will be out of business and jobs soon. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean store with fairly decent prices. The cashier was a nightmare. She had to put our purchases through 3 times as she couldn't figure out how to use a coupon and a gift card. After another cashier and a manager helped, she finally got it right. 23 minutes to cash out............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live within walking distance which is dangerous! I am a huge fan of UA and Kate Spade and have found such a great selection at this location! The selection for children is great as well! Staff is always friendly. I was there with my mother in law and daughter last weekend and the gentleman on cash (wish I got his name) went above and beyond when my 4 year old "purchased" her new purse. He cut the tags off for her, put her change in the purse and helped adjust the strap! She was so thrilled and excited. Thank you for making my little ones day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Winners. I consider myself a smart shopper. I know my prices. I have too considering my budget. I'm a bargain shopper, but I like quality too! The prices are amazing. I know there are people who would say otherwise, but I can buy a dress for $40 compared to the store in my are that charge MUCH MORE. If you are looking for fragrances? Who can find Armani for$60? Where else can find Jack and Jones, Guess or Buffalo T shirts for under $20? Anastasia cosmetic eyeshadow pallets for under $50?
I've compared secondhand stores and I find at times Winners offers New, unused clothes for same price and at times less!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here yesterday and I have to say the customer service I received was amazing!!! The cashier that helped me out, her name was Takira I believe? I hope I spelt that correctly. She was very welcoming and very nice the entire cashout. Will definitely be coming here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is well laid out, the stock turns quickly and the staff are friendly. I am surprised that dogs are permitted in the store, and although I sympathize with the need for a service animal or guide dog, I am kind of grossed out by any pets being allowed. Fleas, illness, accidents with other dogs ? is all way too much for this allergic Karen. I accept their policy, just don't want to shop at Pet Planet for shorts or towels!
