All of the trainers are super kind and friendly and always know how to push you to your maximum potential. I’ve been in and out of fitness for years, could never stay committed, but this place has changed that. A combination of fitness, fun, and meeting amazing people that become friends. Highly highly recommend F45 Legacy!

That is no longer an issue with F45, I love it there! The community and atmosphere is amazing. Everyone who steps foot in the gym is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are fantastic, they are always encouraging you to do the best that you can and they will not hesitate to push you when they think you can put a little bit more into it. I would 100% recommend F45 to anyone, but especially if you are someone like me who has a tough time sticking with working out.

The whole F45 Legacy community has been paramount in getting me back to a good place both mentally & physically. Since joining F45 Legacy I have regained my love for fitness which has brought back my strength and confidence in so many ways. The coaches know just when to push you ("no baby weights") and just when to provide you the encouragement you need to keep going ("and right back up"). Working out is such a great mental release for me and I'm so happy to have found that again with F45 Legacy! 10/10 recommend.

Being a former professional athlete I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best trainers in Canada and the trainers at F45 Legacy are nothing shy of world class. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. No matter what level of fitness you are at they will find you a challenge and motivate you to keep going. Not only is it a great place to work out, it is a great community and environment. They offer a 1 week trial pass so be sure to stop by for a killer workout!

The trainers are amazing - the perfect level of support and ‘push’ that I need. Whenever I’ve asked for modifications to exercises they are always there to accommodate. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

I joined a month ago having never tried F45 before and although I'd been active with cycling and running I haven't lifted weights for almost 10 years. I am loving everything about it and so glad I joined!! The workouts are intense but go by fast with the help of the awesome instructors, pumping music and knowing everyone else is being pushed to their limits too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming making it feel like a community. The ownership and staff at F45 Legacy are particularly awesome making this an an amazing place. Highly recommend!!

After loosing 60lbs on my own I wasn’t able to motivate my self/ push myself at home anymore and the F45 team in legacy sure helps with that extra motivation! Highly recommend to anyone, joining a gym is super intimidating but not this one!
