★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I can comment in is the convenience store. I went in to buy lottery tickets and I waited a long time to get their attention as they are running another phone side business. Then the person helping me got my request for tickets wrong three times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has gotten pretty old. The elevators are extremely slow when they work. One of the elevators was broken recently again. There have been no renovations to the building at all so I can imagine that the tenants are displeased.
I have heard that the building is for sale so maybe the next owners will spend some money to modernize it.
The redeeming quality is that there is a decent amount of free parking and the location is convenient to get to.
