★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever! When walking in the attidude and tone from staff member at front desk. Shouting at me to not sanitize and shaking her head. She got my heart racing and I developed an instant headache. This is not how you greet people as they come in. If short staffed, perhaps the front door should be locked or a sign put up for people not to enter as there is no one at the door. Or just use a kinder tone. Will never come here again.
People are not mind readers. Lady who took my bloodwork was very kind painless and very efficient (Barbara).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there twice. Both times I was left with a huge bruise with a bubble where blood was drawn. Second time when she was taking my blood there was blood leaking out of my arm while she was drawing blood. She left me with a huge bruise and lump the size of a pea. Staff needs better training of how to draw blood. They need to listen to the people. I have been getting blood work done once a month since 2005 NEVER has this happened. I could not bend my arm for 3 days.
