★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a day office I would highly recommend Leteam. The professional service outweighs the price you pay. The receptionist handled my client and served them with coffee while waiting which i found more professional. And unlike downtown area you don't need to worry about parking. Leteam will be my first choice for day office.

I was so sad when I had to leave, I've established some of my best networking and business relationships within the companies in the building. I was never charged with absurd move out charges, or charged wrongly in anyway the entire time I was there. I WOULD RECOMMEND a million times over to any business out there looking for a hassle free, professional environment.

The quality of the boardroom space is perfect for any meetings I have with clients. They are greeted by very professional staff who are always friendly and welcoming and make me look good in front of my clients. There is plenty of parking for my staff and clients and they are conveniently located.

The staff i conversed with always had answers to my questions, with a quick response. The business opportunities with meeting other business owners inside the same building as i am working gives me even greater networking opportunities for my business. As well, when i have to travel back to Red deer for my clients i still can book boardrooms with an easy phone call or email and i can trust its handled. The meeting spaces are excellent for any client meetings both large and small. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to be greeted by name when you come into the centre to work.

Location is amazing, and the team of staff have been outstanding, and you won't find a better price in the city. I went with a conjoining office with me and my business partner, but they also have great single offices for building your company all in one building. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The damage deposit is a joke no matter how good a tenant no matter if you return the keys, no matter how clean you leave your suite. You are charged from re keying, steam cleaning and furniture. And no receipt or proof they even did it. They just keep all deposits.
