★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, our friend had a guest list for her birthday and everyone arrived at 830. However, the bouncers made them all wait in line without explanation or any sort of hospitality.
Second of all, my friend was pushed off a dancing platform and broke her tailbone. After she fell the bouncer came by and shruggishly asked “you all good?”
Her phone fell out of her purse when she fell and the manager with curly brown hair picked it up. When she got up she asked for her phone and they said she had to come back the next day to get it, even though they had it.
She gave up trying to get it and immediately went to the emergency to which after X-rays, they said she broke her tailbone. No one from the establishment helped her in anyway. When she asked the lady who was dealing with covers she shoved her hand in her face and told her she was too busy to deal with her. When my friend got home she disabled her phone and put a message that said to call her boyfriends if found. They called him and said she could pick it up Tuesday, four days after the birthday. Honestly, I do not recommend booking this venue for any event. They have no hospitality and don’t care about their guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is super awesome!!! The staff are all amazing and are super fun to talk to and hangout with, but their also really good at their jobs. I would 100% recommend this place if your looking to have a super fun night! Cody the security guard is also amazing! He does a great job of making sure things are moving as smoothly as possible. Hands down he made the experience even better then it already was!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had an Asian girl as my bottle server . She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. wasn’t doing her job well. giving 4 stars because another bottle server Jc ? really made the experience better she is one of the best servers I’ve had. The music is very good!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boys and I got bottle service on a Friday night, my server Jaycee is by far the best bottle girl I’ve had from any club I’ve been too. She’s fun, attentive & speaks highly of the club. Definitely makes you want to come back! 5/5 if you go ask for Jaycee you won’t be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my 21st birthday there the other weekend and had a great time. Jaycee was our server and went above and beyond for us, she stayed and hung out with our table for a bit which made it seem more personal and not that we were just customers. A friend was assaulted a few minutes within getting there and security and staff were quick to address the situation and handle the individuals who did it. I would definitely do another bottle service there and recommend it to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What keeps me coming back is the staff. I came in with some gals for bottle service and we had a terrific time. The staff is amazing and constantly goes above and beyond. This location is constantly busy, and the personnel are always friendly and helpful. Jaycee, our bottle girl was always fast to bring us our drinks and make sure we had a great night. Coming here for pleasant service is a must! What keeps me coming back is the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Back Alley! I went for my first time a really long time ago back when I first turned of age and came for Stampede. Now I live in Calgary and heard it reopened from my friend Arielle who works there and she got us bottle service a few times and it was the best time ever. Definitely feel pretty safe in the environment with the bouncers and the music there is great! They always have amazing events going on and their social media advertisements are super and consistent. Definitely recommend this place and would ask Arielle for bottle service! She is just so awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't what we had hoped sadly. We went there to enjoy their black and white dress ball but you can't really call it that. Yes people were dressed to the nines and the drinks were flowing but that's all it was. We didn't have much for food choices but what we did have was okay.
The lady bartender who served us was a true gem. She did everything she could to go above and beyond to help us have a good experience. We tipped her well due to the fact that the situation was not her fault.
It's not the back alley's fault that we have all these restrictions but good music and bright lights can't make up for the fact that there was not dancing or mingling allowed. Those are my two favorite things about going to a club. We couldn't do that.
