Rite of Ritual - Calgary

My friend and I where accused of stealing. I’ve been to their store many many times I used to absolutely love it there I have spent nearly 600$ there the employees where super nice at first but I was there with my friend and it was my friends very first time there. And they where sitting on the floor counting their change and had a personal item that is not from the store or even close to any witchcraft item and I told them I can put it in my bag because they did not have a bag so I did that and then the employees asked me to take it out and I grabbed it and showed them what it was. And then they said ok and they where being very u professional and rude and where talking about us saying very rude stuff to each other about me and my friend. then we kept shopping and my friend bought a pack of candles and then I went to pay and the cashier Gabriel told me to give her the pack of candles that was in my bag and I told her that I don’t have them but she can look through my bag to prove it because I don’t want to be accused of stealing and she said no then I told her a true personal story on how I had to use a spell to get rid of a very toxic friend that would always steal from stores and I said I don’t want to have to deal with stuff like that anymore and then I told her once again to look the my bag and she said she will trust my word, Then I spent around 67$ or so, there and left. Then me and my friend take the train and then walk all the way there again a few days later and an employee told us to leave because a pack of candles was missing (even though that day my friend bought a pack of candles) and they told us to leave when we did not do anything and now we are not allowed back in the store but even if we where I would not go back they where rude and their treatment to their customers is very uncalled for.

1st of All... You get Welcomed when you come into the Shop. The "feel" is of positive energy. They are genuinely Happy to See You. Beautiful Decore and Product Selection is amazing. There is something for everyone. So nicely organized and set out... you could spend a lot of time browsing ♡ I was there a week ago for a tarot deck and came back today for 2 specific books...the Staff are so Very Helpful and Knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions, share experience and knowledge. Definitely a Place to Expore and Enjoy.

Favorite store in town. I wish my home was like that! I always want to buy everything in this store, the selection is fantastic, the team is lovely and it's a great place to find gifts. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, magical Shop? filled with all things that make my spirit and mind soar. Always such a pleasure to wander around the store and take in all the wonderful energy it emits. Their online store is always being updated with all of their inventory. The photography and details on the products are top quality, which makes window shopping amazing aswell. Every staff member I have dealt with has been nothing but pleasant, kind and helpful with any inquiries. I highly recommend supporting this local yyc gem in person OR online??

I ordered a few things for pickup back in January (all extremely good quality items by the way). There was an issue where they didn't have on of the specific items in stock that I ordered, and I got a very nice message right away explaining the situation and my options for exchanging or refunding the item. The person I spoke with was lovely and gave very timely replies. The problem was sorted out and my (newish) order was ready extremely quickly and the money was refunded no problem. I highly recomend buying from here :)

I absolutely love this place! The employees are always so sweet and helpful and they have a huge variety of herbs, crystals, books and oracle/tarot decks!

This is a great store, I've been there a few times. Their selection of books, crystals and other products are diverse and great quality. The staff there are fantastic, they even let me bring my little dog into the store. Their prices are pretty fair and I love supporting their local shop.
