The owner is so delightful, I believe she runs the place most days! She makes you feel like you're shopping with a friend! Her prices are incredibly fair, and the quality of the items she takes in are much better than what you would find at Trends in kensington, or any Goodwill/ValueVillage. Love visiting this place!

Went for the first time today. The woman at the front was really friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Their prices are way cheaper than I have seen in other second hand shops, plus they're having a wicked sale right now. Final bonus - they have some jewellery from local artists as well. Never taking these earrings off.

The majority of my "work" wardrobe has been purchased from SalvEdge. I continue to find great deals on blazers and designer jeans to keep my closet fresh and interesting. I also do a regular purge of my own closet and consign with them. I love that I can go in and pick out some new items and because I have credit from consigning my own clothes, I spend very little but walk out with a ton of new things!

HORRIBLE experience as a consignee. They "donated" my $600 Tory Burch purse after they inspected it and accepted it as an item for consignment, I never got it back. I donated brand new aritizia items (10 items total, roughly $500) a $200 matching Tory Burch wallet, and a never worn Danier wool & leather coat ($500). I received $90 total for all the items I consigned and was essentially stolen from which I could do nothing about. Stay away from this rip-off business. BEWARE

I've passed by this shop so many times and finally went in, and I'm so glad I did! They have such an amazing selection, great prices, local jewelry and such a great aesthetic. TJ was so helpful and so easy to chat to. (And thank you for saving my coffee travel mug!) Will definitely be back to support second-hand and local very soon!

I never leave bad reviews, but do NOT consign here. I am extremely disappointed with my choice to consign here - you might as well go and donate your stuff yourself! When I asked to retrieve my items which were all designer items I was informed that they were donated. I find this extremely frustrating considering I can see my items CURRENTLY for sale on their website. Nobody contacted me to let me know my items were to be donated even though I was told that I would be contacted to pick up my items if they pulled anything from the floor as they are all designer bags, shoes and dresses. When I contacted them about this, all I was told was they were sorry to hear this but its under new management now and there is nothing they can do... Don't waste your time consigning here, it is disorganized and chaotic and unprofessional. I suggest going across the street if you want more trust and and transparency when consigning your designer clothes. EDIT: After being told on the phone yesterday that they could not locate my items, one of them being bright orange Burberry rainboots, I decided to go in for myself. They were literally the first things I saw when I walked in, right next to all the other boots. I also was able to find 6 out of the 11 items I consigned. The rest were apparently sold - one Balenciaga purse was sold recently... yet there was $0.00 on my account. I was told by management "I have no control over what has happened that long ago and cannot check on your account beyond what is entered in our POS system"... luckily I was able to find my account in their POS system where it showed, $0.00 and all 11 of my items. BOTTOM LINE: When you acquire a business that means you assume the labilities associated with that business. A change over in management should not have negative implications on the customers like this. Lastly, its definitely not good business practice to lie to your customers, don't tell me its donated and its currently not in the store - yet the items show up in you POS system as "for sale" and were up on your website not to mention they were physically in the store when I went in today... just terrible business practice.

Been passing here most of the week and finally decided to stop by with my friend! This place is so great so much good selections and most stuff are almost to new!!!! The lady staff is so bubbly and helpful now this would be my fav store now, goodbye to holt and vancouver online consign shops.
