★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered this jacket for my partner who is the biggest Calgary Flames fan. After submitting my order, I was told that the item was not available. They tried to upsell me on 2 different occasions (I was asked to choose another item and put an order a jacket for my family members) before agreeing to refund my money. I was disappointed that they had already charged my credit card, before confirming if the item was available. I did get the refund, however as the exchange rate changed, I’m out $20 for just placing an order that this company couldn’t fill.
I recommended they remove this item from their website to prevent this in the future, it’s now been a week and the item is still listed.
I had also opted out of their marketing emails and after cancelling my order, they came anyways and I had to unsubscribe.
I don’t have a lot of trust for this company. Use at own risk!

I've never been let down by the quality and authenticity this brand offers, from their huge (I mean HUGE) selection of unique and original designs to their quick shipping and personable customer service, I always know I'm in the best hands. Not many brands excel in all of these areas, but they do, and I couldn't be happier that I found them! One of my favourite things about them is that they offer custom sizing so you can get the perfect fit no matter what your body size or type is. I'm quite petite myself so it can be tough to find jackets that don't look unflattering and oversized on me, but their designs fit me like a glove and make me feel super confident and cute. Kind of crazy how many compliments I get whenever I wear my jackets out! Their studio is very clean, professional, and in a convenient location downtown as well. I love having the opportunity to see some jackets in person and try them on. My only regret is that I wish I had heard of them sooner! Highly recommend Luca Designs to anyone, whether you're a fan of character or fashion jackets - you will find something you love!
