Highly recommend for anyone looking to become a plant owner or add to their collection. There is a good selection of plants to choose from.

The owner is very warm and even gave us tips on how to take care of our new calathea. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit. Great atmosphere. Beautiful young as well as mature plants. The upstairs has great potential as a place to relax and enjoy the exotic plants. Maybe a coffee, pastry or juice bar would be a nice addition to the cozy upstairs. Greeted by a very friendly smile from the young man that I spoke with there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new, beautiful and charming establishment. I stumbled upon this location while visiting Downtown Calgary and fell in love! The atmosphere is super inviting, lively and relaxing. Not only is this place a plant shop but also a cool place to hang out and unwind. I definitely recommend stopping in and picking up some new plant babies if you’re in the area. You’ll come for the plants but want to stay for the vibes. Also wanted to mention their great customer service! Super welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Check them out, you won’t regret it! :)

As first time plant buyers my partner and I were looking for help on the best plants to select and the owner was so knowledgeable and helpful, we left with amazing plants! We will definitely be back! Everything is very reasonably priced as well, this is definitely the place to go if you're looking to buy some plants!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m constantly on the search for new spots in Calgary. Soil and Soul is absolutely worth the visit. Not only do they have a great selection of plants but the atmosphere there is incredible. Once you’re in there you never want to leave. The environment there is very relaxing, engaging and inclusive. Occasionally they have events upstairs hosted by local artists and small businesses so I’m always keeping an eye on their Instagram and Facebook page so I don’t miss anything.
I’ve been back 3 times since finding this place and I’m always leaving with something new either for myself or as a gift for someone I care about. There is something for everyone there regardless of your budget. If you are ever in the area, you need to check it out!! It’s definitely worth your time.
