I am beyond satisfied with the job your cleaner did today and her dedicated hard work. She did an amazing job. I am not sure what exactly made the original estimate so off as I do not have the experience to know however I am very satisfied with your company's guarantee for making sure the customer his happy with the service you provide. I hope that the previous cleaner knows that she did an amazing job with the bathroom and it was appreciated. We would recommend your company to friends,family, and colleagues. We will definitely hire you guys again in the future.
B	Brittany Draycott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most important things to me in a cleaning company is trustworthiness and affordability. CleaningPros offers both, along with amazing service and quality! They came for my initial appointment and did a great job, but their products are all eco friendly and contain no bleach, so there were some calcium stains in the bathroom that lingered after the cleaning. When I informed them of this, they sent someone back within a few days and told me I could provide my own products (with bleach) for them to use, and got all the stains off just like I asked for. Both visits were included for one very reasonable cost, and I will definitely be hiring them again for my regular cleaning! Highly recommended!

By the time they were done, there was not a spec of dust, dirt or mess. . They treated my apartment and my precious belongings as their own. A very solid and professional team. Great company and I truly look forward to the next clean. I highly recommend this company!!!! My floors are immaculate again, along with everything else! Thanks again ladies!!
M	Mandy Jegou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired CleaningPros to do a move out clean. There quote was 16hours to clean an empty house…. Which should have been my first clue. They kept telling me that they “over estimate” the required time. I ended up creating a checklist of priorities and getting them to do 8 hours worth of cleaning. What I got was about 4 hours worth of work done (for the price of 8). The work was fine, not impressive, but fine. However they skipped over key points on the checklist and then claimed it was a miscommunication. Their guarantee also didn’t hold up, they had excuses why they didn’t have to fix the work. There are lots of great companies out there, this one isn’t worth the money.
