B	Breanna Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gifted a Groupon for this place, being a new mom, I could have used the help. I called on a Friday, no answer so I left a voicemail. Never heard back so I emailed Monday night and got a reply right away asking what service I was looking for. I explained I had a Groupon I'd like to redeem and book the service, never mentioned any possible dates. I was told they were booked that week and the following week but they'd let me know of any cancellations. Replied that it wasn't an issue, I'd like to book in a few weeks time then. No reply. Followed up again a couple days later and still no reply. Got that Groupon refunded and I took my business to a company who would actually took the time to reply. Groupon or not, I was looking for a regular cleaner but I refuse to use a company that can't communicate.

I was quoted a rate higher than posted rates, because it was for end of the month cleaning. They were unavailable for the posted rates. If you post a rate, stick with it, or change your advertising.

They leave the garbage for you to pick up. Floors were not sweeped. Rather i was told that i can do it. They did not take responsibility to wipe the surfaces down on the outside. Better to do it by yourself than call them coz they will create more mess for you. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE but them!!

They also took on two last minute requests which we really appreciated. I also liked how they provide standard cleaning and carpet cleaning, it was tough to find companies that did both for a reasonable price, but Zanjani Cleaning Services did!

Very unprofessional and will not be using them for our monthly business carpet cleanings. Big mistake not getting back to requests to book. Especially right now as everyone is trying to support small and local businesses. **Interesting I get a reply right back after doing a review. No need to offer services after the fact. It should not take any business more then 24-48 to get back to a client wanting to use your services.

I was quoted for 7 hours of services and the cost with tax was $284.00 . I received a call that they would arrive around 11 am , I received a call and a text notice they were completed just before 2 . I went in to do a quick walk through , and never having this service completed it smelt clean and the few things I looked at were fine . After going back to the house later that evening I realized that there were many items that were missed . There was dog hair all in the carpets,dust on the cabinets baseboards were missed , kitchen cabinets were dirty inside . I ended up spending the night as well as 10 hours of cleaning after this service was completed to have a clean home . I am also 8 months pregnant which is the reason for hiring a company in the first place . I reached out to the company the next day asking for some form of reimbursement and they said no you did a walk through .
C	Carly Dei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t normally do a bad review on a single job, we had them come to our home for a Groupon 3.5 hour clean, many standard things were ignored like cleaning floors, mirrors. Our home was hardly more clean after the job. I brushed it off, deciding to find someone else to hire next time. I got an email asking for feedback on the job, which I shared directly. I was then attempted to be upsold more cleaning, stating that a 3.5 hour Groupon is for a condo! Not a house. Interesting, as we have hired someone for 4 hours before and got 2x the work done. It just comes down to inexperienced/ineffective staff, not the size of the home. It’s a risk you take when you try a new cleaner, that you will get an effective job done. I was ok with this and ready to move on mentally but it’s poor business practice to try to upsell someone after you’ve asked for feedback on the job. You should instead take the feedback and improve your services.
