Engineering and Project Management for design, construction and commissioning for large, medium and small multidiscipline engineering projects in oil and gas, mining, waste water treatment, industrial and institutional facilities.

Specifics:

Engineering: Design detailed of EPC projects and a pre-engineered steel buildings, substation modules with a broad range of design experience in the industrial, commercial and oil & gas sectors, including skid packages, Pump foundations, Deep piles, Tank foundations, Pipe racks, platforms, Vertical & Horizontal Vessels, compressors foundations, designing of earthworks and site preparation includes (Roads, Paving, Drainage and water treatment systems)

Prepare Architectural and details drawings for Process and non-process buildings (Prefabricated, module and Reinforced concrete buildings); Building types as Administration buildings, Lab, Warehouses, Maintenance workshop, Dining Hall, Electrical Substations, Residential complex, Clinics, Process Interface Buildings, Recreation centre, Central control buildings, Water treatment buildings, Pump houses, with complete services (HVAC, Electrical, Classification, Communication, Fire & gas Protection systems and construction type).

Project Management: Development of Civil/Structural design criteria, specifications and standards for Engineering Contractors. Prepare complete Materials Take-off
(MTOs) for Turnkey Buildings, Civil and Earthworks, Concrete/foundations and Steel Structural. Prepare proposals and tender documents (Specifications, RFQ, Material requisition and technical bid evaluation).

Providing technical direction to construction and installation activities
Conferring, as required, with other engineers and management as well as contractors, consultants and suppliers. Complies with standards and procedures of the Health, Safety and Environmental manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Engineering and Project Management for the design, construction and commissioning of large, medium and small multi-discipline engineering projects in oil and gas, mining, waste water treatment, industrial and institutional facilities.

Specifics:

Engineering: Experience includes detailed design of single line diagrams, instrumentation diagrams, MV/LV power distribution system, grounding system, cable tray layout, motor control schematic diagram, cable schedule, equipment schedule, load list, area classification, power and control, lighting and auxiliary system, material take-off, load calculations, short circuit, arc-flash, load flow and coordination studies, voltage drop calculations, cable tray fill calculations, fugitive emission study, electric heat tracing design and cable selection.

Project Management: Experience includes the preparation of design basis memorandum (DBM), equipment specifications for switchgear, MCC, transformers, VFD, UPS, PV panels, generators and motors, preparation of construction work packages, equipment data sheet, material requisition RFQ and RFP, Technical Bid Evaluation, management of change (MOC), RFI, FAT Test, resource management, construction coordination and start-up assistance and field evaluation of existing electrical installations. Coordinate with clients, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, utility companies and other design disciplines during the development of electrical designs.

Knowledgeable with NEC, CEC, IEEE and API standards and their application to electrical systems. Well verse with AutoCAD and ETAP/SKM power system tools.
