Got in contact with Alex of Red mile carpet and his wonder restored the fresh look of my carpet, no more marks and no more hidden dirt in the carpet.The hot water used also gives a healthy feel knowing that the bacteria is dealt with. β β β β β Alex was a very friendly and professional guy. I was on the fence as to whether or not I should throw out my couches but Alex did such a great job cleaning them that I can keep them for a long time. My carpets had make up stains from my teenagers and paint stains from my youngest and Alex did some pre-treatments and got those stains right off. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

β β β β β Alex was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. Our carpets were completely soaked by dog urine and after two "deep" cleans by other cleaners, the stain and smell was still overwhelming.
We were convinced that the carpets needed to be replaced. I reached out to Red Mile Carpets as a last resort, and Alex took the time to show me the equipment he uses and how he was going to lift the stain and smell off the carpets. His system was completely different than the other cleaners.
After very thoroughly cleaning the carpets, the stain was gone and there was marked improvement in the smell but there was still a faint scent. Alex was very committed to getting the job done perfectly and came back promptly early on the weekend to finish the job.
Although the carpets weren't perfect immediately after his work, the smell got better and better over the next few days to the point it's near perfect now. The carpets were so far gone but Alex saved them! Thanks Red Mile Carpet for your excellent work and dedication.
