I have struggled with back pain after a car accident and since I started coming here I have improved so much, I am able to sleep without any pain medication. The massage sessions with Mariana acupuncture sessions with Alexa have helped me considerably. I also have received very good advice that have improved the quality of my everyday life. I also like this place because is quite and no rush.

I first booked with Mariana Samoluk because of her expertise in MLD, and after seeing me she knew I would also benefit from Myofascial Release so she referred me to Rene Simons for a combined treatment. I had a limited amount of time in Calgary, and these two ladies went out of their way to help me. After having liposuction surgery overseas (and not the best post-op care) I was left with very painful fibrosis and also had a lot of adherence in my abdominal region. After just over a week of intensive treatment, I saw amazing results and I'm no longer worried about my recovery. Not only did they send me home with all the resources I needed to continue to heal, but they also cared to carefully research professionals in my area that I can continue treatment with. On top of that, their knowledge and professionalism helped me get in a better mental state knowing I was finally receiving the right care. THANK YOU!

I have also been seeing Mariana the last couple of months. I fractured my shoulder in November and now along with Physio, I am experiencing more ROM. Recovery from this shoulder fracture is very slow. Mariana has gentle hands and is very knowledgeable about the body. The minute she took my shoulder in her hands, I knew she was the right person to handle my shoulder (along with Physio)! Thanks so much ladies for all your care and going the extra mile with me!

She gave me one of the best massages I've ever received, and that's really saying something! It felt like she was reading my body with her hands; she found and treated areas I didn't even know were tight. Do yourself a favour and go see Amanda! The clinic itself was beautiful and very professionally laid out. I felt extremely safe with the cleaning and safety protocols they had in place. Free parking made the whole situation seamless. Definitely recommend Spectrum and can't wait to experience some of their other services!
