★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small mall includes my favourite pizza place, Sammy's World Famous Pizza..a little ambitious perhaps describing their product, but very tasty indeed. Also a Tim Hortons, a drug store, KFC, a bank, and other assorted outlets and bar. Easy parking and not overly busy.

Has earned its place over the years and will continue to do so thru this Covid-19 epidemic that has throttled alot of business into shutting their doors. Some have, some do but this place won't....stop repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a number of shops here. It is a decent neighborhood shopping plaza. It gets a little tight for parking or even driving in due to the Tim Horton's here, but they manage.
I recommend taking the entrance furthest away from the traffic lights on 24th Street because there are less cars on that side. The Subway and other little shops are over on that side.
PRO TIP- The only reason to take the other entrance is to get in the long line-up for the Tim Horton's drive thru. Trust me on this. Save yourself the aggravation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tim Hortons was busy and the drive through moved very quickly. Staff who took my order and at the window were friendly and knowledgeable. This place has handicap parking and the building is wheel chair accessible.
