Tonight i have experienced this restaurant with the worst disrespect any customer could face ,the staff lady in front desk i asked her something in a respectful way and she was so rude,pointing me with her fingers using some bad words in my face i was so surprised even other customers was surprised too so i left quitely i don’t know if she own the restaurant ,surprisingly i met some my friends told them the story and one of them told me he experienced the same very shameful business?‍♂️

Good food, friendly staff and great prices. We went for lunch, the Bento boxes were massive and we were stuffed after. Will definitely be back.

Seriously the best sushi in South Calgary. Reasonable prices as well. Infinitely better than li-ao or kinjo for marginally more money.

Ordered food for the family all confirmed and we waited over an hour without a phone call .they canceled the order without telling us. Tried to call the store with no answer 3 times.Terrible customer service. I don’t care that they canceled I care that no phone call was made. Won’t use again based on this experience

We have been lovers of this restaurant, and ordered monthly thought-out the pandemic. Today we ordered our regular order 100+ dollars of sushi, and sides. It arrived frozen. YES, FROZEN! So disappointing. We phoned and the person who answered said they use frozen fish, and yes, that is a practice that the FDA recommends, but it arrived FROZEN. Also, when you order 55 plus pieces of sushi, you should get more than 2 packets of soy sauce.

First time walk in for takeout, was very quick and the food quality is awesome! I will definitely order take out from here again and I can’t say that for many sushi places! Support local and give them a call!

I thought I would try sushi ten as it's a local business, support local right... I ordered through skip, I didn't leave feedback through the app as I prefer to do it here. It was presented poorly as you can see by my photos, overall sloppy appearance, especially when you pay extra through skip. After ordering I had second thoughts and just thought I was paying way too much for a piddly amount of sushi. I took some time to compare the menu from their site to the skip menu. The skip menu is clearly marked up higher than their menu in their shop. For example vegetable gyoza is $8.45 on their in store menu and $9.45 on skip. Salmon nigiri is $2.50 and $3.00 on skip. The sushi itself was OK. Nothing spectacular. Nothing to be remarked at, nothing to remember. Also take note to how defensive the owner is to critical feedback. I look forward to seeing how it's my fault that I have negative feedback.

I had been looking for sushi in the south and discovered this place. Always happy to support a smaller, family run business which this place appears to be. I really appreciated the genuine responses from the owners to some of the reviews on here. Reading that they told one customer they’d feed and treat her like a Queen - hilarious and sweet. Shaming a naughty delivery driver that was being a hater - respect them for calling that out. Overall, they seemed like decent people. The sushi was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to visiting the restaurant next time as I had ordered delivery.
