★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will NEVER order from here again. When you spend $60 on 4 dishes of food there is nothing more frustrating than having 3/4 dishes being completely inedible. The lemon chicken was like a deep fried rubber sole of a shoe, likely old microwaved rice with strange bits of rubber chicken all peas and big chunks of burnt egg. The ginger beef was the biggest disappointment of all, nothing but fried batter in a boat load of greasy sauce. Typically, I am not one to call and complain but it was honestly so bad, I had no choice but to contact them. Their customer service was non existent. They would rather argue with me over the phone than make any attempt to rectify the situation or keep me as a customer. So Bye. Ill take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from August Moon many times for family members. The food is very tasty and the portion sizes are generous.
The issue I have is not with the food - it is with customer service. I was browsing on Skip the Dishes and saw August Moon. I placed an order for several rice, chicken and pork dishes.
Within a few minutes of placing my order I got a phone call from August Moon. An extremely angry and rude woman was yelling at me for using Skip instead of the August Moon delivery person. I was instructed to use the August Moon website.
The customer service shown by the woman at August Moon was abysmal. If you don't want Skip involved don't advertise your restaurant on there. Don't take out your frustrations on the customer.
I contacted Skip immediately and cancelled the order. I will never get food at August Moon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I was drawn to this August Moon by its score on the Skip The Dishes, so I order the dinner for two, and here we go. All the containers are only about half full! I paid over $30 but what I got was only half container of each dish. And the taste, ginger beef had no ginger flavour, and not crispy at all. Both ginger beef and sweet sour pork are way too sweet, covered everything else. Even worse, only about half of the sweet sour pork is the red meat, rest all pork fat! Rice is regular, vegetable is average, but soup smells like dead fish. As a conclusion, nothing outstanding at all, poor flavour, and the size is too small, again, too small! I can pay less money for more and better food at anywhere else! Not returning, end of story!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inedible, sadly … ordered the vegetable chow mein… the noodles were HARD and crunchy!! Ew!! Some ends of the noodles were even black that’s how dry and burnt everything was. I was able to eat about 2 bites without having to pick out crunchy bits from my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished my dinner from August Moon and couldn’t put my fork down! We got the dinner for two and the amount we got was amazing! The food is some of the best I’ve had. My boyfriend loved the ginger beef. It was nice thick pieces as well as the sweet and sour pork. I loved the wonton soup and mixed veggies they had amazing flavors. I have been looking for a new Chinese food place and this is it! Whoever took my order was very polite over the phone. The lady at the front is very friendly as well and was quick to get my order and I was very impressed with the quality and portions. I highly recommend here and will for sure be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution! -- Watch your bill. Call for prices. Their website is NOT even close to the prices you pay when you go to pay. Great food, ... terrible website. Woman says the prices on the website are from 1985. I love this food but got a 30$ surprise on pickup. Ah well.. Hopefully they can fix their website and make it fair to the consumer that is comparing chinese prices accurately. I don't appreciate the website showing prices and them charging different prices. Again, great food tho.
