M	Maddy Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, after being unable to get in contact with my family doctor I came here. Greeted by the receptionist, and was asked to wait in my car (I understand there are policies in place), and was told I would be added to the waitlist. The receptionist informed me that I would receive a phone consult with a doctor in approximately 45 minutes. I went home and waited for 1.5 hours, before I received a call from Dr J. Doulla. Dr Doulla, barely introduced himself before asking "what's going on" rather rudely, continuing on in the conversation to seem disinterested and dismissive of my concerns. He went on to laugh at me saying "there's nothing he can do". Not only was he unprofessional in his communication, he also didn't ask many pertinent questions relating to my concern. As someone who also works in healthcare, I understand the frustration and exhaustion they may be feeling during this time; however, my recommendation is that Dr Doulla ensures he is putting his patient's concerns first, and not dismissing them prior to considering all potential differential diagnoses. Edit: I appreciate the response I got both from the office manager, as well as Dr Doulla. While my experience was unfortunate, I thank those involved for reaching out to address my concerns.

But because I said he had a slight cough, I was made to wait in the car for over an hour. Then finally they called and after taking all the info , told me they can’t see him without a covid test. You’re better off going to a vet clinic if you need help.

Dr. Doulla is always very compassionate , professional, and straightforward, and he, or the office, quickly follows up with any test results. Yes, having a walk-in component to the office, they can get busy but the staff always do there best regardless of how slammed they might be at any particular moment. I appreciated the Covid safety procedures they had in place as they helped make me feel more comfortable going to a medical facility in the middle of a pandemic. I felt these protocols were in place to keep both the patients and staff safer. Thank you!

Even though she had a negative covid test result.… Anyway, I asked how long the wait will be since it’s almost my baby’s bed time and they said 40 mins, could be earlier. Fast forward, I’ve been waiting in my car with my over tired baby for an hour and half and still waiting!!! Literally double the time they quoted. Not impressed and will never come back.

The staff actually cares. Dr J had been there through thick and thin for me. He is an amazing doctor but an even more amazing person. If you want a great team of support people who will be there to help with whatever your health issue may be. This is the place. Ty to all the staff for all your hard work during these trying times. You are all amazing.

No one knows their job and not very clean professional doctors. The doctor was very unpleasant. Personally was out of touch with his patients maybe due to lack of experience. I see why and justified in 3 star. I don't complain usually about anything but this was not acceptable. I overlook many things but this is suppose to be a professional place fells well short of that. I'm not sure how they obtained a license to perform a business. I seen so many no no things that were unacceptable. Moving on somewhere else. WOW

Our family doctor is impossible to get an appointment with so we go here when we need to see a doctor quickly. They have all been great with both my husband and I as well a my 1 year old.

I never have an issue getting an appointment. He is very helpful and friendly. We’ve also used the walk in clinic on a few occasions and had great service from other doctors too. I highly recommend!!
