On November 24, I had a late evening appointment as it was the only time I could secure childcare. As a new mother, I already was full of extreme trepidation and anxiety about leaving my baby so close to his bedtime. My hygienist, Deavah, recognized that I was starting to get upset and offered to come in before her shift started the next day to ensure that I could get home to my son on time for his feeding. Deavah’s flexibility, understanding and rapport with me really eased my anxieties and ameliorated a difficult situation. Her smile and empathy made me feel appreciated and valued as a client. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of all the staff I encountered. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any families. I can’t wait for my son to meet this team ☺️

He takes the time to explain what is going on in your mouth so that you can understand. I have been a patient of his office for 12+ years and will continue to refer my friends and family to him.

I saw the hygienist Tiffany and she was absolutely amazing. I then met Dr. Goel who was so gentle and kind. I had a few fillings to be done and was a little nervous. Dr. Goel made sure I was doing ok the entire appointment. I did not feel my usual dental anxiety. I introduced my mother to the practice who has severe dental anxiety. She said she felt so at ease in the office and actually had her fist dental cleaning without sedation. Braeside Dental and Dr. Goel are highly recommended. So glad I found this office. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Manish Goel and all the staff were extremely friendly and made my son feel safe and comfortable. We had to come back a second time to have his first cavity corrected and naturally, he was feeling a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I was so pleased with the whole experience. My son and I were again, accommodated in such a pleasant, assuring, and friendly manner and the procedure was quick. My son was so calm and walked out of the office feeling happy. As a mother this is very assuring to see, as it allows my child to feel confident in what can be, an otherwise scary situation. Not only that, I also recieved a follow-up call from Dr. Goel to check on my son and see how he was feeling. Thank you to all the staff for making this a pleasant experience.

I had not been to a dentist for a very long time and my teeth were in dire need of being fixed. I am very grateful for all of the work that has been done on my teeth. They look GREAT! I have been a client of Dr Goel and his team since the 90’s That has to say something to say Unbelievable dentist Very personable Very approachable Top notch staff And top notch technology, Recently have had some crown work done And I was worried, because lets be real dental pain is the worst pain on the planet, The team did its magic, making sure I was extremely comfortable, It wasn't long before the procedure was over And I was on my way, a walk in the park, they really relieve you of your anxieties!
