This is a wonderful clinic. I’ve been bringing my children there since they were born and feel like they are family. A great place with great service. Also, most of the bad reviews I’m reading seem from people who can’t sit and wait. Guess what, Drs are a hot commodity and everyone wants a piece. You don’t like the wait don’t take it out on reception staff (it’s clear from your posts you are probably quite mean to them. I don’t blame them getting short with people sometimes when they are treated like this by would be patients.) poor ladies! I for one appreciate what you do. If you don’t like the wait go to a hospital, see how long you have to wait there. ????

Just like other posters, I unfortunately was met with very incompetent admin staff. As walk-in appointments are booked now I called in and was told there was one last slot in the afternoon. I show up for my appointment and was turned away, awkwardly citing "appointment was cancelled" I actually was 20 minutes early and trying to sneak in. "Anne" who I spoke to on the phone said there was nothing I could do and I could not talk to any of her other colleagues or bosses which made me very suspicious, how could an appointment be cancelled for no reason. one of the following must have happened, in order of likelihood: 1) "Anne" overbooked walk-in appointments due to being incompetent at her job and tried to shift blame elsewhere. 2) The clinic is running behind and was turning away the afternoon appointments. 3) Somehow "Anne" with her broken English mistook an appointment booking for a booked appointment and a cancellation within the same call. Regardless of what happened this is very unprofessional and wasted my time when I would and will in the future go elsewhere instead of get my day wasted. When I called back and got another woman on the line she was confused when I asked about "Anne" as if there was no one named that. Citing my reasoning for incompetency and using a false name on the phone.

We have come back to this clinic after leaving due to terrible front end staff and long wait times. We are now seeing Dr. Anderson. He is amazing. He takes the time to listen to you and never rushes you out the door. Today, we took our 5 year old girls for their flu shots. He was so good with them, barely any tears, and he did a fabulous magic trick to make them smile. Best doctor's appointment ever. Front staff are much better now. Friendly and professional.

This is the worst place to go. If you have an appointment or are a walk in. I once had severe bronchitis, and went in for an appointment, and Dr. Z literally walked right past me. And left for an hour. And then came back and saw me. I was livid, I had no idea that he was the one I was going to see. Because I was new to this area. I could not believe that he could walk right past me, with me having an appointment and make me wait an hour. It was winter time in the freezing cold, I had no money for a cab, and I had my severely asthmatic child with me. It was the worst. Even if you have an appointment it’s horrible. Don’t even get me started on walk ins, Clear your whole day… And be ready for the worst receptionist you’ll ever meet. They are completely incompetent. They will mess up everything, and then blame you for it. And if you call to complain about a person, they will lie and say that that person doesn’t exist. It’s horrible!!

Agree with other posters. I felt today like calling a radio show contest to get a walk in appointment. After dialing non stop for 15 minutes, I finally get to talk with a rude receptionist that tells me all slots are booked. Dont even try it

Honestly, avoid if you can. To get a walk in spot you have to call the morning of. They open at 9 I called 5 minutes prior to in hopes they were answering the phone just to be told there is zero spots available for the day and people started calling at 8:45. Not sure how anyone is supposed to know to be calling then but!!! I’ve been waiting on test results for 5 days now and can’t even get in to go over them. Also not to mention how rude the receptionist is.

Dr Meyer at 4.30pm, I was caught in traffic delayed for less 3 min 4 min at desk. The appointment was cancelled due to me being late. No call nothing, I will not return due to this experience. If you show up early here you should demand to see your doctor right on the clock of the appointment.

Save yourself the hassle. If by chance the sun and moon align in such a way that you’re able to get an appointment 7 weeks after you call and are barked at by the reception, you’ll be waiting for AT LEAST 45 minutes. Dr Jamal is very condescending, doesn’t actually want to listen or help, just wants to get you out for her next patient (who’s undoubtedly been waiting for 4 hours in a room). Baffling how this place still has any business
