not sure why anyone gave a negative review, i think this is an amazing clinic.
remember you get what you give, my guess is these people were jerks to the staff and recieved the treatments they deserved at the front desk lol.
Again, personally, I have had nothing but prompt, professional service.

Never had any issues with the front desk, they always try to accommodate as best as they can but sometimes they’re unable to, which is fine. This is a medical clinic, NOT an urgent care or emergency department.
Plus from my experience, staffs have to know the general reasons for the visit so they can book appointments accordingly. You don’t have to go into personal details. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022: still can't get through! I had a dr appointment today but lost where I wrote down time. Tried calling a few times over the morning to ask when my appointment is, always dial tone. I give up,.. I'll just move on with my day and miss the appointment! And I will be finding another DR office I've honestly had it with EIGHT YEARS of dealing with this clinic!!!!!
2020:
Been getting busy tone, having called three times over last two weeks, multiple times at once.
Is this temporarily or permanently closed????
Very frustrating that there is nobody to answer phones and it just goes to busy instead of hold.

I feel he listens to my concerns and truly cares about me and my medical condition. I have been a patient of his for 2 years now, and absolutely could not be happier. This man is absolutely by far the best physician I have ever seen. Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do for me Dr Natha. Sincerely Jason McDougall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but the front staff is brutal. Dismissive and careless their whole objective is to get off the phone versus actually help a patient. The clinic gets a bad name due to such unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family doctors however it totally defeats the purpose of having a family doctor when you can't get in to see them with less than 1 weeks notice. I have had to take my family to a walk in clinic 5/5 times the last three months because this clinic has overextended its resources. If you are looking for a new family doctor I recommend you find a doctor elsewhere that will have time for you.
I also agree with several other reviews that the front desk is managed very poorly and it often takes several hours to get a call through (even if you call outside of the ridiculous lunch break which should really be staggered between staff members to provide coverage).

The receptionist in this clinic are rude and has attitude all the time. They don’t seem to know proper phone etiquette. They are always unpleasant and mean over the phone and in person. They are not caring or kind and looks like they hate their job.
