M	Michael Streilein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved quite the attitude from their customer service rep. Seems they have to follow a script to get a quote, so when I just asked for prices by email I was given a lot of attitude. Office spaces might be good, but the service is dreadful.
J	Jon Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why can 't you just send me the price list? I don't want to talk to a sales rep. I filled out the form indicating the services I wanted and the location I want. Next day I have 4 missed phone calls from regus. Next day I get an email asking me to indicate which location and services I want...lol. So I reply back with the same information and then I get two more phone calls and no email. Then an automated email from "the ceo of regus" telling me I need to call them. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE JUST SEND ME THE DAMN PRICES. I FOUND ANOTHER BUSINESS CENTER LOCALLY AND THEY SENT ME THE LIST IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES.
a	andrew Hoard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time this place is good, had an unprofessional incident with Haley (if that is her name) as she would not check to see if something was left at the Front Desk for me. Got attitude, refused to see if it was there (despite her being right there) before I came down in rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon. I don't recommend clients to use this service unless you want teenage girls giving your clients attitude. But Guess hiring young teens with attitude keeps operational costs down .?

They are always kind to you to gain your business but once you are a client, they will do everything in their power to keep your last months rent, which you pay up front, and your security deposit. Very dishonest organization from the receptionists you in house management to directors.... etc. Staff change overs are every few none the, make your company look very professional. #calgary #yycbusiness #beware #regus

The offices are fantastic, very modern and appealing, and the office rooms are not only furnished by also nicely decorated. You truly don't need anything else but a computer and yourself! Thanks guys for this great office space!

They will take your money and keep increasing rent yearly, it’s in the agreement, in the fine print. No client retention as all tenants are moving. Regus is not a good place.... they look pretty but remember.... don’t judge a book by its cover.

We rented a space which I thought was a month to month, which apparently was 6 months, then now 7 months. And the management is now asking me proof that it was 6 months??? Pretty much accusing me of lying. All this after I have rented a virtual office with them as well. I do not recommend Regus. Pretty much informed everyone I know to avoid them or risk getting taken advantage of. Now I understand the poor reviews. I highly recommend Calgary Business Center or Brittania Business Center. No hassle when it comes to contracting and they are very thorough and transparent. Only thing I liked about this place is the reception/office personnel. Great guy and responsive. The contracting and sales... unbelievable.
