She was super friendly and helpful which made my shopping experience more enjoyable! I will keep returning to this location because of the great service (and the shoes are great too!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As one does during COVID I order a couple pair of sandals on line with this company. The turn around time rocked (it was quick) with lots of updates in status of order. One pair are perfect the other no matter how much I wanted they were the wrong width. Sent an email to their customer service ASAP. Response was the next morning with my options. Still needing a black sandal I phone the south centre mall location. Ingrid answered. Such a positive and talented person. By Friday at 3:30 I had new sandals only paying the difference between original and new pair. Ingrid even found the new pair as soon as we talked and I let her know what I needed. In and out in minutes all done safely. Thank you Ingrid.

The boots I wanted were there, in the right colour and the right size, even though it’s the middle of winter.
This the only shoe store I shop at, that has shoes for a wide foot. Attractive displays, lots of styles of shoes.

The store was very busy and one girl was at her computer while the other girl took care of everyone. Better staff will bring better sales. It's not that difficult for everyone to do their jobs.
