★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked at the website before shopping in person. ALL the women's clothing was displayed on models that looked seriously anorexic. The message that I received loud and clear: I cannot possibly shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skip this location and go to Market Mall location instead. More selection there. For some reason this location always smells like a sewer system when you walk in. Market Mall is much better location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara's clothes are always good, but the women's section is always chaotic, but that's not the staff's problem. It's just some rude people who go there checked the clothes and throw them on the floor and flee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely horrible place to shop, it is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. It looks like a tornado blew through and then a unicorn threw up horrible neon colours. The staff are anything but friendly, I have never been helped once or even smiled at. Whoever is managing needs to get in check, my 1 year old nephew could run that place better than you guys could. At least have good quality clothes if you are gonna act the way ya'll do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manger and staff are not helpful at ALL, I went to return one item but unfortunately they did not want to return because the number of the Credit card is different in their system, I’ve shown them the receipt, bank account, date of the payment and everything the wants to approve but unfortunately the manager just want to reject me by saying it’s not may issue…. If the manger does not know how to deal with customers why the put her there??????????NO MORE ZARA????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not helpful at all and don't even acknowledge you as a customer.
A couple of times I ordered items online to be delivered in store and they always had trouble finding my orders. Every time I went to pick up the order they took literally 30 mins (I swear I'm not even exaggerating) to find it and would blame their scanner that it's not working. One time, even though on my app ot showed the product had been delivered to the store the manager told me to call customer service because it wasn't delivered. I told her to please check again and of course they found it.
I feel like the store is very disorganized and the managers are not doing a great job of guiding their stuff to help customers. I only shop there because I like the products but lately I've switched to online shopping since I prefer not to go to the store anymore.

Also, it would be nice to be able to return something instead of getting the money on a gift card because my mom has had a gift card here that she can't spend for 4 years since we don't like anything here
